We realize that occasionally, life presents problems that require your full attention, and you may not make an appointment so we offer a one time no questions asked FREE cancellation. If you are unable to make the appointment, cancellations are tolerated if cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you have reserved pilot services for a full day, a notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment.
